How to cleanse your crystal:
- Run the crystal under water for 30-60 seconds. Imagine as you're doing this that white light is washing over the stone.
- Use incense or lavender bundle to cleanse energies - simply light and gentle wave it over the crystal, again imagining beautiful white light washing over the stone
- Leave it outside either in a bowl of water or set it directly onto the earth
- To charge your crystal, let it sit in the moonlight overnight or place on top of a selenite crystal
How to use aventurine:
There is no right way or wrong way to use aventurine, but there are some ways that will help you access the vibrations more powerfully.
- Meditate: holding an aventurine stone during meditation is a great way to access the stones energy
- Visualization: my absolute favourite way to use aventurine is to visualize what I am manifesting while holding onto the crystal. You will likely find you become very clear in your visualizations - the universe loves clarity! I suggest you turn on your favourite song that puts you in a great place, hold onto your stone and imagine everything you want to manifest. Get super specific and clear in your visualization.
- Journal: Journaling with your crystal is an amazing practice. Begin with "I am so happy and grateful now that..." and script out exactly what you are manifesting.
